Kim DelGrosso

Dancer and Panel Expert

Over the past thirty years, Kim has inspired thousands of young dancers, many of whom have gone on to achieve tremendous success in television, film, and live theater. In addition to 8 children and 22 grandchildren, Kim is the co-owner and creative director of Center Stage Performing Arts Studio in Orem, Utah.

At her performing arts studio, her students train in ballet, jazz, contemporary, ballroom, hip hop, musical theater, vocal performance and acting. Above all else, she teaches that dance is a journey – an everyday celebration that heals the heart.

“As I see it, a dancer is either hampered, hindered or elevated by what they are wearing. Obviously, elevation is what we’re after. On many occasions, I have spent three to five thousand dollars on a ballroom costume, which makes me all the more impressed with Tenth House and what they are doing. They have a strong vision, great fabrics and colors, and their costumes are unbelievably well-made. I like that a lot of the costumes can cross over and work in different genres, even ballroom. Most importantly, their designs are really fresh. Tenth House sets the bar.”
